Ingredients
1 6-ounce container low-fat lemon yogurt*
1/2 cup unsweetened, frozen raspberries, thawed
1 tablespoon raspberry jam
*Substitute an 8-ounce container if desired
Directions
1. Place yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
2. Add raspberries to yogurt. Stir until blended
3. Add raspberry jam. Stir well again.
4. Enjoy with chunks and slices of fresh cut fruit.
Makes 1 3/4 cup.
